Bill is an Air Force veteran with 37 years of electrical contracting experience. Bill spent five years as an IBEW apprentice, before moving on to a variety of projects such as shopping centers, hospitals, oil refinereries and nuclear power plants. In 1984 Bill was one of the founders of Stryker Electric, one of South Florida’s pre-eminent electrical contractors. Bill has served in the capacity of Executive Vice President for 25 years. In 2008 Suffolk Construction named Bill and his team as “Subcontractor of the Year.”
A Marine Corp veteran with more than 35 years of Construction experience, Keith has literally come through the ranks. A native of Pittsburgh, Keith left home for service in Vietnam and upon completion of duty he found himself in the construction field. In a very short time Keith was working in the Middle East as a field superintendent on a variety of projects. Keith honed his field management skills with industry heavyweights such as Odebrecht and Coastal. Keith brings a confidence grounded in the experience of having delivered project after project on time and within expectations.
Mr. Geen has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry as a construction project manager, risk manager and claims consultant. His construction experience and knowledge includes a broad spectrum of municipal, industrial, commercial, medical, transportation, civil, power and various types of institutional projects. His extensive resume includes project management and monitoring, claims analysis defense and preparation, CPM scheduling and analysis, budgeting and cost estimating. He has been involved in the risk analysis and management of several public/private partnerships for municipal wastewater treatment plants, correctional institutes and toll roads. His early experience includes working as a mechanical design engineer. He also worked initially as a senior project manager for a large mechanical, electrical and controls contractor with responsibilities for all areas of projects from conceptual design to certificate of occupancy.
Bill is a professional scheduler with 24 years of experience in all phases of construction. Bill specializes in using state of the art scheduling techniques to improve the overall performance of the project. Bill has a keen understanding of construction techniques to assist in the development, monitoring and analysis of the construction schedule. Bill is proficient in P5/P6, P3 and Suretrak; having utilized Primavera products for more than 20 years. Bill brings a unique perspective to scheduling following his years of project management and scheduling with Barclay, White and Skansa as well as Centex.
Eric has 29 years for estimating, technical services and project management experience. Eric is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. Eric’s amazing diverse background includes national and international industrial experience as well as extensive project management duties. During the last decade Eric has served as either Lead or Senior Estimator for Turner and Moss and Associates on their notable projects.
For over 40 years Joel has been a practicing attorney specializing in real estate, contracts, mediation and consulting. He has been in private practice, also worked on staff as an attorney for the Florida Bar Association and as a Court Magistrate in Broward County, Florida. He offers expertise in the construction process and contract verbiage. His knowledge and experience offers invaluable assistance in contract review, applicable law, negotiations and claims analysis.
He is recognized as the fractional industry’s leading consultant. Sherman D. Potvin, as a broker, owned both commercial and residential real estate companies for more than 35 years. Mr. Potvin’s experience with fractional sales started at the Killington Grand Hotel in Killington, VT, in 1991. Since then he has worked and consulted for the American Skiing Co., Intrawest and RiN Carlton Club. Sherman authored the fractional industry’s first book: Fractionalize to Maximize. In 2005, Mr. Potvin founded the world’s most comprehensive fractional luxury website. In 2008, he introduced his unique fractional real estate training system. Sherman specializes in consulting and co-ops with other consultants and developers providing project set up. Mr. Potvin has traveled the world over to advice on luxury fractional resorts and time shares.
Sandra is a project assistant for KT Consulting International. In this position, she provides support for all real estate and construction management contracts. Sandra assists with financial and cost analysis reports, streamlining internal operations, acting as a liaison between client, general contractor, sub contractor, municipalities, property and facility management, vendors and project managers. She plays an integral role in communications between project sites and our corporate office in Southern Florida. Her project experience includes Class A, B & C Multi-family, Commercial, Retail, Workforce Housing, Hospitals, College Campuses and Hospitality.
Andrea is part of a property/facility management team that is hired by large investment groups, pension funds, owner/operators, and developers for assistance in acquiring investment projects, increasing profitability, implementing management teams and building entity infrastructures. Specialties include management and operation setup, project turnaround and re-branding, vetting, training of key project staffing, budgets and analysis, market analysis, resident retention and marketing plans. Project types include multifamily, commercial, workforce/remote lodging, vacation and resort rentals, single family bulk homes.
As Executive Vice President Kenny is in charge of the implementation of teams throughout the US and Internationally. His career experience as Owner’s Representative in the management of construction projects types including: residential, commercial, multifamily, resort, hospitality, high rise, office, mixed use, retail, industrial, institutional, municipal, data centers and critical mission facilities. He has been retained by institutional and private investors and lenders to evaluate real property to quickly identify and manage problem assets. He understands value and the technical end of a project from both a Field/Trade perspective. Kenny served as President of his own commercial mechanical construction company for over two decades. He possesses multiple State and International construction and real estate licenses.
